I’ve been a bit MIA over the holidays but I am BACK!
One of my favorite new places we tried over the holidays was Peels in NYC’s East Village.
I got the tip to go there from the wonderful Kat Tanita of With Love From, Kat.
We did the “Build-A-Biscuit” — so amaaazing! We loved it. Their biscuits were featured on the Martha Stewart Show.
Mine was fried chicken + pepper jack cheese + avocado. Richard’s was egg + bacon + pepper jack + gravy.
Peels was in walking distance to DANNIJO’s pop up shop which was a definite PERK! Unfortunately it is no longer open but you can check out their amazing handmade jewelry on their website.

I went to Peels once but didn’t have a good experience but your post is making think I should give it another chance! So upset I didn’t get to go to the Dannijo pop up, very jealous!
